Strategic Sourcing Manager

Role Overview: The role involves leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives, primarily across subscription-based services and professional services agreements. Responsibilities include managing the full sourcing lifecycle, developing category strategies, leading RFPs, negotiating MSAs/SOWs and SLAs, managing supplier relationships, mitigating contractual risks, and driving cost optimization. Experience with AI and automation tools to improve procurement efficiency is also valuable. Ideal Background: 8+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management experience. Strong experience with subscription-based services and professional services agreements. Expertise in RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiations, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs. Strong stakeholder management and supplier relationship management skills. Financial services industry experience preferred.
