Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in routine logistical activities, including reporting, updates, emails, and customer support.
• Manage and maintain carrier information and pricing documents using Excel and specific ERP systems.
• Analyze service level issues and implement corrective actions to enhance service for our customers and CHS.
• Reconcile freight payments as per contracts.
• Foster positive working relationships with carrier operations personnel and collaborate closely with CHS customer service, Sales, and other internal teams.
• Work with internal teams to define performance metrics and create presentations for business reviews and sourcing projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Business Economics, or Agribusiness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication, data analysis, and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated individual eager to learn new systems and improve skills.
