Your expertise in Microsoft Business Central and e-tendering systems will be critical as you assist with RFQ generation, contractual documentation, and member inquiries. Your contributions will ensure processes align with governance best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with members on contract issues and initiatives
• Develop RFQs and post on electronic tendering portals
• Administer existing contracts and manage compliance
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
• Support project activities and reporting for procurement processes Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• 1-2 years' experience in sourcing or purchasing
