Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support procurement and sourcing initiatives across multiple business areas. This role is responsible for analyzing spend data, managing sourcing events, negotiating with suppliers, supporting contracts, and helping identify cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, sourcing, financial analysis, or supply chain and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support strategic sourcing, procurement, contract, and supplier negotiation activities. Analyze spending, supplier performance, and market data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Conduct sourcing events (RFx), evaluate supplier proposals, and assist with vendor selection. Develop reports, financial models, and sourcing recommendations for leadership. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support procurement projects. Maintain supplier records, sourcing documentation, and procurement databases. Assist with supplier relationship management, contract administration, and process improvements. Research market trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive pricing. Support procurement policies, compliance requirements, and vendor management initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, financial analysis, contract management, or vendor management. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing IT, Healthcare, BPO, or Professional Services. Experience with RFx events, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Knowledge of procurement tools or eSourcing platforms. Project management experience is a plus.
