Strategic Revenue Partner — Fleet & Transportation Industry
HOSoptima Inc.This is not a traditional salaried sales position. HOSoptima is looking for a small number of transportation-industry revenue producers who already know how to pick up the phone, get the right person on it, and close business. We are not looking for someone who needs leads handed to them. We are not looking for someone who needs six months to build a network. We are not looking for someone who is great at activity but weak at revenue. We are looking for people who already make things happen. The Test Is Simple If we put a credible transportation product in your hands today, can you get us in front of: fleet owners; CEOs; VPs of Safety; transportation executives; compliance leaders; insurers; ELD/telematics companies; trucking associations; fleet networks; major transportation partners; and help turn those conversations into revenue? Can you close a 10-vehicle fleet? A 100-vehicle fleet? A 1,000-driver organization? A 10,000-vehicle enterprise? If deals like that are completely outside your world, this probably isn't for you. If you've been doing this for years, we want to talk. What HOSoptima Is Building HOSoptima is a transportation technology company initially focused on Hours of Service competency, intervention, certification, and fleet intelligence. Fleets already have ELDs. They already have logs. They already have training. What they don't always know is: Does the driver actually understand HOS? Where is the competency gap? What should happen next? Did the intervention work? Did the same problem come back? That's the layer we're building. We already have a functioning platform and development team behind it. The product includes assessment, structured learning, scenarios, remediation, examination, private certification, credential verification, fleet administration, and reporting. We are now preparing to take it aggressively into the market. Who We Want We want people who already have legitimate relationships in transportation. That may come from: fleet sales; transportation technology; ELD or telematics; commercial insurance; trucking associations; safety/compliance consulting; transportation consulting; factoring; fleet services; logistics; private fleets; carrier relations; national accounts; training organizations; industry partnerships. We are especially interested in force-multiplier relationships . One strong association relationship may lead to hundreds of fleets. One ELD relationship may create access to thousands. One insurer or broker relationship may create access to an entire book of transportation customers. One enterprise relationship may represent thousands of drivers. That's the level we are thinking about. What We Expect You should be able to: Pick up the phone. Reach real decision-makers. Get serious conversations started. Understand how to move a deal. Stay involved when the opportunity needs you. Help close business. We don't care whether your strongest relationships are in your home state or across the country. We are developing U.S. regional coverage, but we are not interested in putting strong people into artificial boxes. If you've got real relationships, use them. The First Question We Will Ask Before we talk about titles, territory, or long-term opportunity, we want to know: Who can you get on the phone? Not how many LinkedIn connections you have. Not how many companies you've worked around. Not how large your former employer was. We want to know: Could you create five legitimate conversations with serious transportation decision-makers in the next 10 business days? If the answer is yes, we should probably talk. Compensation HOSoptima is currently bootstrapped and pre-revenue. There is no conventional salary attached to this opportunity today. This is performance-based. Our working revenue economics are approximately: Qualified Introduction — around 5% Source + Materially Develop — around 8% Personally Source + Materially Close — around 15% with potential accelerators on large…
