Role Description The Strategic Procurement Lead is a remote, contract role responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities to support Infinity Wellness Advisory Group’s operational and client-facing needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing purchase orders, identifying and evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and quality service. The role involves developing procurement strategies, analyzing spending patterns, and implementing improvements in sourcing and supplier management. The Strategic Procurement Lead will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. This position requires proactive communication, thorough documentation, and continuous monitoring of supplier performance and market trends. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including experience managing purchasing processes and sourcing strategies. Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders, with the ability to create, track, and reconcile orders accurately. Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation capabilities, including assessing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of vendors. Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills, with experience securing favorable terms and managing contract lifecycles. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support decision-making. Relevant experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and budget control is beneficial. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and standard contracting practices is advantageous.
