Paid training is provided. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonuses and customer tips Steady, year-round work Paid training and onboarding Newer, well-maintained trucks Advancement opportunities into Dispatch, Operations, or Management Job Details Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time Schedule: Up to 5 days per week (weekends preferred) Dispatch Location: Lorton, VA warehouse Responsibilities Drive a straight (box) truck for local and regional moves Lead and assist moving crews on job sites Load, transport, and unload household goods safely Perform pre- and post-trip DOT inspections Complete delivery paperwork accurately Provide professional, customer-focused service Requirements Minimum age: 18 Valid U.S. driver’s license ( No CDL required ) Clean driving record Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation to Lorton, VA Experience That’s Helpful (Not Required) Straight truck or box truck driving Moving, delivery, or warehouse work Crew lead or team leadership experience Apply Today Join a company that values reliability, safety, and growth.
