Hotel Kabuki is in search of an organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our storeroom by managing inventory, purchasing, logging, and releasing items. Key Responsibilities: . Assist with purchasing and ordering items as needed, ensuring supplies are obtained accurately and in a timely manner. Accurately log, release, and inventory items in the storeroom area to maintain precise records. Ensure the storeroom is organized and items are easily accessible. Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds as needed to manage inventory. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to fulfill requests and maintain inventory levels. Work both independently and collaboratively to support the storeroom operations. Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management. Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and safe storeroom environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and hotel operations. The hourly rate for this position is $35.14. Please note this is an On Call position. Qualifications Qualifications Previous experience in storeroom, purchasing, receiving, inventory, warehouse, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately record, track, and manage inventory. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn purchasing and inventory systems. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
