In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes shoppers, assists with product selection, manages inventory, and ensures the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive shopping experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and answer questions about products. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is properly labeled and presented to maximize sales. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold safety standards and store appearance. Support inventory control efforts through manual handling, stock replenishment, packaging, and merchandising activities. Take pictures in new inventory. Post on social media pages. Checkout customers on our POS system. Requirements Previous retail store experience background preferred but not required; training provided Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock organization Excellent communication skills. Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing, stock counts, and transactions Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude; ability to work well within a team environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise while contributing to a vibrant shopping environment.
