Store & Warehouse Associate (6:00AM-2:30PM)

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented person to help ensure the efficient movement of products from suppliers to warehouse to jobsite. Position Summary Responsible for supporting daily store and warehouse operations, including inventory management, stocking, deliveries, organization, and general operational support. Key Responsibilities Restock products and supplies as needed. Monitor inventory and report items that need to be reordered. Purchase supplies when authorized by management. Assist with inventory counts and recordkeeping. Receive, unload, organize, and store deliveries. Prepare products and supplies for store operations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Report low-stock, damaged, missing, or expired products. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Report safety hazards and maintenance issues. Assist with store emergencies and operational needs at different locations. Work with management and team members to support daily operations. Perform other related duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities. Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable law. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to safely drive standard vehicles and 250/450 series trucks. Comfortable driving between store and warehouse locations as needed. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field. Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Experience within wholesale food distribution, grocery, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to walk warehouse and storage areas as needed. Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods. Ability to safely use store and warehouse equipment. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.
