Job Overview Job Title: Store Supervisor – Vegan Food Store Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in the Food Industry Job Description We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, responsible, and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our vegan food store. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the food industry , strong multitasking abilities, hands-on food preparation experience, and the ability to manage daily store operations efficiently. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, stays active, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Daily Store Operations: Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, place orders, and minimize food waste. Food Preparation: Actively assist with food preparation, maintain quality standards, and ensure proper food handling procedures. Team Supervision: Guide employees, delegate tasks, and maintain team productivity and discipline. Management Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding store performance, inventory, operational issues, and improvements. Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and provide ideas, product updates, photos, and videos for monthly social media content. Multitasking: Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy store hours. Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Health & Safety: Ensure cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards are consistently maintained. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry , preferably in a restaurant, café, or food retail environment. Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred. Practical experience in food preparation and kitchen operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions. Comfortable coordinating with management and the marketing team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of vegan food products and preparation is an asset.
