Store Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Store Supervisor to lead our restaurant team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met Oversee employee scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to maintain optimal staffing levels Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and onboard new employees with comprehensive orientation and training Monitor sales performance metrics, implement sales strategies, and manage pricing to maximize revenue Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures Requirements Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within the restaurant industry with a strong background in team management Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, inventory management, and cash handling Proficiency in POS systems, retail math calculations, and basic computer applications Ability to perform basic math accurately for pricing, budgeting, and financial reporting purposes Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated leadership in managing store operations, supervising staff, and implementing training & development initiatives Knowledge of retail product lines, merchandising techniques, stock control procedures, and operational management practices Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed Join us as a Store Supervisor where your energy and leadership will inspire your team to succeed!
