Store Supervisor

Ice Cream Shop Supervisor We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Ice Cream Shop Supervisor to help lead our team and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll create a welcoming experience for guests, support and train employees, manage inventory, and help ensure the shop is clean, organized, and running efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise daily shop operations, including customer service, opening/closing, and employee scheduling Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide friendly, fast service Manage team member schedules and assist with needed shift coverage Monitor ice cream inventory and store supplies; place orders and restock as needed Maintain cleanliness, food-safety standards, and an inviting shop environment Operate the POS system and accurately handle store transactions Address customer questions and concerns professionally Assist with interviewing and training new team members Support company sales objectives and help create a fun, positive team atmosphere Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Comfortable handling and using POS systems Basic math and inventory management skills Food service or ice cream shop experience is a plus Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs.
