Store Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Store Supervisor to lead our retail team with energy and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Supervise daily store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and merchandising to ensure smooth operations. Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management. Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and scheduling to build a strong retail team. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS systems, cashiering activities, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity. Maintain inventory management through stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, and inventory control to optimize product availability. Implement pricing strategies and promotional displays aligned with company standards to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with operational policies, health & safety regulations, and store procedures while fostering a positive customer experience. Experience Proven supervisory experience within the retail industry or similar sales environment. Demonstrated skills in management, team leadership, and employee development. Strong knowledge of retail math including basic math calculations for pricing, sales tracking, and inventory management. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and payroll processes. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with merchandising techniques, stock management software, and operational management tools. Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, training staff on retail operations, and supervising sales teams is highly desirable.
