Location: Randy’s Donuts Clovis/Fresno /Store locations Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems management. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Implement merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and store policies while fostering a positive team environment through effective communication skills. Skills Proven experience in supervising retail teams with strong leadership capabilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math calculations. Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development. Knowledge of cashiering procedures, cash handling protocols, and store merchandising standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
