Store Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. - Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability. - Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition to make informed business decisions. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner. - Schedule and assign shifts for store employees to ensure adequate staffing levels. Requirements: - Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers. - Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques. - Ability to effectively manage inventory and control costs. - Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration is a plus.
