• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, transfers, and shipment processing.
• Support sales associates by locating merchandise and maintaining product availability.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and back-of-house environment.
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers on the sales floor.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet operational and sales goals.
• Must be available to work early morning starts (starting at 500 am), regular business hours, and overnight shifts based on business needs. Including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Must be able to report to work as early as required for shipment processing, inventory, replenishment, and store setup.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Basic understanding of stock management systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is a plus.
