Store Operations Manager (Multi-Store) Job Title: Store Operations Manager / Multi-Store Operations Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: Las Vegas, NV (Travel as needed) Position Summary We are seeking a highly responsible, results-oriented Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive store network expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational, financial, and team management of our existing locations, as well as leading new store development—from initial site selection and preparation to successful grand openings. Key Responsibilities 1. Existing Store Operations & Financial Management Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations to ensure strict adherence to high operational standards and brand guidelines. Manage store-level financial performance, including P&L oversight, labor cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization. Track key operational metrics (KPIs), conduct performance analysis, and implement actionable plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. 2. Human Resources & Team Leadership Lead, recruit, and mentor store managers and frontline personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture. Establish training programs for staff onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and leadership development. Conduct regular performance evaluations, resolve workplace issues, and build talent pipelines to support business expansion. 3. New Store Development & Launch Participate in market research, site selection analysis, layout planning, and lease evaluation for potential store locations. Direct pre-opening logistics, including equipment procurement, vendor management, permits, staffing setup, and grand opening timelines. Refine standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and opening checklists to ensure seamless execution for all ground-up launches. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 3 years of multi-store management experience in the restaurant, food & beverage (F&B). Track Record: Proven hands-on experience in store launches, site selection, and pre-opening execution. Key Traits: High level of integrity, detail-oriented, self-driven, and strongly results-oriented. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
