We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy Retail Store Associate who can operate independently, stay organized, and deliver excellent customer service every day. Position Overview This role is responsible for supporting daily retail operations, assisting customers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and professionally. This position requires someone who is comfortable using technology, follows procedures closely, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide professional, friendly customer service and product guidance Process transactions accurately using POS systems Open and close the store following established procedures Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked displays and freezers Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and rotation Coordinate with processing staff for order fulfillment Use Excel and Word to enter and manage store records Use Apple devices (iPad, iPhone, Mac) for daily store operations Follow company procedures and maintain a professional store environment Required Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and consistently dependable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling frozen and refrigerated meat products Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Comfortable using Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) Able to learn new systems and follow structured procedures Preferred Experience Retail, food service, or customer service experience Inventory management or retail operations experience Experience using POS systems What We’re Looking For This position is best suited for someone who is: Self-motivated and takes initiative Organized and dependable Professional and customer-focused Comfortable using technology daily Looking for a stable, long-term position Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Work Location: In person
