Dumos Inc.Position: Store Manager (Front Store / Back Warehouse — Return & Discount Store) Responsibilities Daily store operations: opening/closing, staff scheduling, merchandising, restocking, cashiering Social media management: film and edit Spanish short videos (unboxings, treasure-hunt finds, new arrivals and promotions) for TikTok / Reels / Facebook; reply to comments and DMs; drive foot traffic via Facebook groups and Marketplace Customer service: greet and assist shoppers in-store; handle complaints and resolve disputes Loss prevention: supervise cash handling, prevent theft and shrinkage, conduct regular inventory counts Warehouse coordination: monitor store inventory, proactively request replenishment from the back warehouse, manage new product launches Reporting: daily sales and foot-traffic summaries Requirements Native-level Spanish (required); conversational English; Chinese a plus Discount/clearance retail experience: bin stores, liquidation stores, dollar stores, swap meets, etc.; understands fast turnover and pricing logic Short-video production and social media account management experience; existing follower base preferred Honest, responsible, and dependable; background check required Thrives in a fast-paced environment; weekend shifts required Compensation Base salary + sales commission + shrink-control bonus; details to be discussed in interview.
