Duties Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system oversight. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and employee engagement. Implement effective scheduling, shift management, and payroll processes to optimize store productivity. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, manage budgets, and control costs through pricing strategies and inventory control. Foster a positive shopping environment by ensuring excellent customer service standards and resolving escalated issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with strong leadership skills. Demonstrated proficiency in managing inventory, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage managerial communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operational management.
