Job Overview Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour + Tips (Average with tips 30-35$) We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our Crystals & Coffee retail locations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold the highest standards of store management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing training, coaching, and development to ensure peak performance and excellent customer service. Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Manage payroll, cash handling, POS systems, and cashiering processes with accuracy and integrity. Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and onboarding to build a strong team aligned with company standards. Monitor sales metrics and manage operational activities such as budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and stock replenishment. Ensure compliance with safety policies, store policies, and legal regulations while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels using managerial communication skills to foster teamwork and operational excellence. Crystal Knowledge We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for crystals, minerals, geology, and holistic wellness. While you don’t need to know every stone, applicants should have a solid foundation in common crystal types, their properties, and the confidence to educate and guide customers based on their interests. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys continuous learning, and can communicate crystal knowledge in a welcoming, authentic, and educational way. Experience working in a crystal shop, metaphysical store, gem and mineral business, or a similar retail environment is highly preferred. Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising or assistant manager roles preferred. Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and merchandising principles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated leadership capabilities including team management, training & development, and operational oversight. Proficiency in negotiation, customer service excellence, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
