Store Manager

Duties Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control to maximize sales and reduce shrinkage Manage daily store operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews for new hires, and ongoing training to build a skilled and motivated team Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements across all store functions Skills Strong management skills with proven experience supervising retail teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability in recruiting top talent through effective interviewing and employee orientation practices Expertise in retail sales management including merchandising, stock control, sales techniques, and retail math fundamentals Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams through coaching and training; experience in assistant manager roles is advantageous Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and operational efficiency Strong managerial communication skills to facilitate clear instructions and foster teamwork Join us as a Store Manager to lead with energy and purpose!
