Store Manager

Duties Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to build a high-performing team with strong management skills Implement employee orientation programs and conduct performance evaluations to foster continuous improvement Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare budgets, and manage payroll and bookkeeping activities Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures Requirements Proven management experience in retail environments with supervisory responsibilities in sales teams Strong knowledge of retail industry sales strategies, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and employee training & development Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management Experience with recruiting, interviewing, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory control systems Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analysis Previous experience in grocery or general retail stores is highly desirable Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining a positive work environment Join us to lead a vibrant retail team where your management expertise will shine!
