Store Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement. Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Oversee inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities. Implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching on managerial communication skills, and foster a team-oriented environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards. Skills Proven 3 years of management experience in retail or entertainment environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective employee orientation and training abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for retail math calculations. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated leadership in sales management, operational management, and team development. Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to retail operations.
