Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stock replenishment, pricing strategies, and stock control Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and bookkeeping standards Implement merchandising plans to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities Monitor store performance metrics regularly to meet or exceed sales targets and operational goals Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for sales calculations and budgeting Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising techniques, and operational procedures Experience in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and managing shift operations Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, cash handling accuracy, and store safety protocols Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
