Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to foster a high-performing sales team Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize profitability Oversee cash handling, cashiering, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and set targets to achieve business objectives Coordinate shift schedules, manage store opening and closing procedures, and ensure adherence to safety policies Communicate effectively with staff through managerial communication skills to motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, particularly in store or sales team management roles Demonstrated supervisory skills with a track record of leading teams successfully in fast-paced settings Strong background in inventory management, merchandising, and operational oversight Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll administration, and basic math skills for financial transactions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Prior experience in grocery or retail stores is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant experience in customer service roles is valued too Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication abilities to train staff and manage multiple priorities efficiently Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive store success.
