Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a strong profit-sharing incentive, with total annual earning potential of $80,000+ based on store performance. Responsibilities: Drive store traffic and sales growth through community outreach, local partnerships, events, promotions, and social media marketing. Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management to ensure seamless daily functioning. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and high-performing retail sales team. Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency. Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize profitability and maintain attractive product displays. Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales management while ensuring accuracy in cashiering procedures. Conduct regular inventory management activities including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and inventory control to prevent shrinkage. Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal requirements. Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team leadership and store operations. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and managerial communication. Experience with recruiting, training & development of staff, as well as supervising teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping practices, and basic math for financial transactions. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Previous experience in specialty retail, convenience, grocery, or tobacco retail, including operational management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and cash handling, is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities such as shift management and budgeting.
