Store Manager

Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees with a focus on employee orientation and training & development Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities Handle schedule processing, cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills Supervise shift management, employee scheduling, and team management to optimize productivity and time management skills Experience Proven management experience in retail sales with supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing teams through effective leadership and communication skills Strong background in retail math, budgeting, and sales management to meet or exceed targets Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques Prior assistant manager experience or supervisory roles that showcase organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Join us as a Store Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team’s growth, and deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
