Store Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service excellence Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled retail staff Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to meet or exceed sales targets Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing to maximize profitability Manage payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Supervise shift schedules, monitor employee performance, and conduct regular training & development sessions Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with brand standards and safety regulations Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team management Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales analysis, budgeting, and operational management Experience with merchandising, stock control, purchasing processes, and inventory oversight Ability to lead with managerial communication skills while fostering a customer-focused atmosphere Prior assistant manager or managerial experience in retail sales teams is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail industry sales team management is advantageous Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
