Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance and customer engagement Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase store profitability Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a strong team Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory control records ensuring compliance with company policies Utilize POS systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales management while ensuring efficient cashiering operations Implement operational procedures related to purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage Requirements Proven management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory control, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred; ability to connect with diverse customers and team members Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operational management Ability to lead a team effectively through supervision of shift management, training & development initiatives, and performance evaluations Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing, sales tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership qualities with experience in retail store product knowledge, merchandising, stocking, and customer service excellence Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
