Duties Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system oversight. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities. Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to foster a high-performing team. Implement effective pricing strategies, purchasing decisions, and promotional activities to enhance profitability. Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or store supervisory roles with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing techniques, and recruiting strategies. Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and operational management. Ability to supervise staff effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with retail industry sales team management, merchandising practices, and customer service excellence.
