Store Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, leading a team, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve store goals. Previous management experience as a barista or in a similar customer service environment is highly valued. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate replenishment efforts Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver excellent customer service Train new staff and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Implement company policies and procedures consistently across the team Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with upper management to meet sales targets and operational objectives Requirements Proven management experience, preferably in a retail or customer service setting Experience managing a team as a barista or similar role is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management Excellent leadership and communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays if necessary This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a thriving retail environment.
