Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our team to success! In this role, you will be a part of the daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, and a passion for coffee shop management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the team of Barista's, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff to foster a high-performance culture Lead daily store operations such as opening and closing, providing excellent customer service while maintaining operational procedures and daily management of the team. Manage inventory control, inventory replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews for new hires, and ongoing training & development initiatives Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare operational reports to inform decision-making and improve store efficiency Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Java 18 is open Monday thru Saturday Skills Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, cashiering, and bookkeeping practices Demonstrated leadership in training & development, operational management, budgeting, and merchandising Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and convey managerial directives clearly Proficiency in managing payroll processes, cash handling procedures, and inventory control systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Join our team at Java 18 where your leadership will shape the success of our store!
