Duties Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential. Oversee operational functions including cash handling, POS systems, purchasing, & stocking. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to foster skill enhancement and team cohesion. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales. Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising sales teams and managing store operations. Strong skills in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for sales transactions and budgeting. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued. Experience with retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising, and operational management is essential. Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.
