Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer service. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled retail sales team. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales potential. Oversee cash handling, POS systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and daily financial transactions with accuracy. Implement sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets. Maintain effective communication with staff through managerial communication skills and conduct regular team meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times. Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing store operations. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and retail math to handle pricing, sales analysis, and budgeting effectively. Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing, and recruiting top talent. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, cashiering procedures, and wireless sales is preferred. Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate staff toward shared goals.
