Store Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment. Manage employee schedules, payroll processing, and shift assignments to optimize store coverage. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting; monitor cash flow and reconcile registers daily. Implement effective merchandising displays and promotional activities to enhance the shopping experience. Requirements Proven management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and operational procedures. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and team leadership. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory control; proficiency in bookkeeping is a plus. Experience with retail math concepts such as pricing strategies and sales management is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, customer service excellence, and managerial communication.
