Store Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance and customer engagement Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, stock replenishment, and POS (Point of Sale) system utilization Manage purchasing activities, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize product availability and profitability Handle employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, scheduling shifts, and payroll processing to ensure a well-staffed and motivated team Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience Implement operational procedures related to cash handling, cashiering, bookkeeping, budgeting, and sales management to promote efficiency and accuracy Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with staff across departments, manage managerial tasks effectively, and uphold store policies Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team supervision and operational oversight Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management systems, POS systems, purchasing processes, and retail math including basic calculations for pricing and budgeting Strong background in employee recruitment, training & development, team supervision, and managerial communication skills Experience with grocery or similar store environments is advantageous but not required; familiarity with retail product knowledge is essential Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively Prior experience in shift management, cash handling procedures, merchandising strategies, and operational management will set you apart A track record of leadership in retail sales environments with an emphasis on customer service excellence Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels success!
