Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold our high standards of facility presentation and safety. Responsibilities include: Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales management, inventory control, and merchandising to maximize profitability. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment. Oversee employee orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Manage cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions. Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as purchasing, stock replenishment, and stock rotation. Maintain operational standards including safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting. Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math skills for cash handling and bookkeeping. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage operational tasks efficiently. Demonstrated leadership in retail sales management, shift management, merchandising, and operational oversight. Prior assistant manager or managerial experience in convenience stores or similar retail or food service settings is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with strong organizational skills.
