Store Lead

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and organized Store Lead to oversee daily store operations and lead our retail team to success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth store functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong management skills, retail industry experience, and a passion for creating a welcoming shopping environment. Your leadership will help drive sales growth, optimize inventory management, and foster a positive team culture. Duties Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation standards. Conduct employee orientation, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team. Handle recruitment processes such as interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff members. Monitor sales performance using retail math principles and implement strategies to boost revenue. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly. Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing, stocking, and merchandising. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for budgeting, sales analysis, and inventory control. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, payroll processing, and employee orientation is highly desirable.
