Store Keeper

Cougar Helicopters Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stores Keeper to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our operations by ensuring aircraft parts, materials, and supplies are properly received, documented, stored, tracked, and distributed in accordance with company procedures. What You'll Do Manage and track aircraft parts, materials, and inventory using specialized software Receive, inspect, and verify parts and documentation to ensure proper certification and traceability Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of aircraft parts and supplies Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and component histories Monitor shelf-life requirements and ensure proper storage of materials Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused stores environment What You Bring Experience in inventory management, shipping, or receiving Valid driver's license and clean Code of Conduct Ability to obtain required airport security clearances Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Knowledge of shipping procedures, Dangerous Goods Regulations, and inventory control Familiarity with aviation maintenance software and Transport Canada requirements High school diploma or equivalent At Cougar Helicopters Inc., we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all individuals are valued and have equal opportunities.
