Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product demos and recommendations Operate the cash register using POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and processing payments efficiently Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays to ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized Upsell products by suggesting complementary items and promoting ongoing sales or promotions Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Conduct product knowledge sharing and merchandising to enhance sales opportunities Assist with inventory management by stocking new products and conducting regular stock checks Support supervising staff during busy periods, helping ensure smooth store operations Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations in a retail setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or ability to assist in team coordination when needed Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail math calculations and cash handling procedures Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and sales techniques including upselling strategies Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers over the phone or in person Experience with stocking, inventory management, and product demos to promote sales opportunities Join us in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued!
