• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Assist members with loading purchases and transporting items
• Ensure carts and flatbeds are organized, available, and safely retrieved
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and a well-kept exterior environment
• Support club pickup orders by selecting, packaging, and dispensing items according to procedures
• Notify members of pickup delays and offer alternative product options when items are unavailable
• Operate cash registers and assist members with payments as needed
• Provide customer service by identifying member needs and resolving concerns
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions to management
