Store Associate – Retail Warehouse Sales & Operations About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dependable Store Associate to join our fast-paced retail warehouse team specializing in open-box appliances and TVs. This role combines customer service, sales, warehouse operations, and general store support in a hands-on environment where every team member contributes to the success of the store. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active throughout the day, helping customers, supporting teammates, and working in a warehouse-style retail setting with changing seasonal temperatures. Responsibilities Assist customers with appliance and TV purchases Provide friendly, professional customer service Support daily warehouse operations and store organization Help load, unload, and move appliances and large boxed items Maintain clean and organized showroom and warehouse areas Assist with inventory handling and product staging Perform basic administrative and computer-related tasks as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals Operate forklifts or pallet-moving equipment (if experienced/certified) Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to help customers and teammates wherever needed Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs regularly Ability to work in warehouse conditions including heat and cold Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Preferred Skills Forklift experience Basic computer skills Retail sales and warehouse experience Bilingual English-Spanish Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus sales commission opportunities Monthly growth bonus opportunities Paid holidays after eligible employment period Paid vacation time after eligible employment period 401(k) match after eligible employment period Sick pay after eligible employment period What We’re Looking For We want team members who bring energy, positivity, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
