Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Operate inventory control systems and RF scanners to accurately track stock levels and manage product replenishment Stock shelves efficiently, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is presented attractively to boost sales Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including loading, unloading, and verifying shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when certified Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning duties and ensuring safety protocols are followed during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks Support cashiering duties by processing transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service at checkout counters Assist in merchandising efforts, packaging products, and organizing stockroom areas to optimize store layout and product accessibility Skills Proven experience in retail or grocery store environments with strong product knowledge Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certified), and other material handling tools safely Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to connect effectively with diverse customers and team members Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management, stock organization, and merchandising tasks Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and inventory calculations Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling techniques Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us today to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in retail operations!
