About Mistify Parfums Mistify Parfums is a rapidly growing fragrance brand specializing in high-quality, made-to-order fragrances inspired by some of the world’s most popular designer and niche perfume houses. With a growing online customer base and a newly opened retail store in Hicksville, NY, we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team. This position combines retail customer service with e-commerce order fulfillment. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and is excited to grow with a small business. Key Responsibilities Online Order Fulfillment Prepare, package, and fulfill online customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with labeling, organizing, and preparing fragrance bottles for shipment. Ensure orders are properly packaged and ready for shipping. Maintain an organized workspace and manage fulfillment supplies. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and tracking products. Retail & Customer Service Greet and assist customers visiting our retail store. Help customers explore fragrances and make recommendations based on their preferences. Process in-store purchases and provide a positive shopping experience. Answer basic customer questions about products and orders. Keep the retail space clean, organized, and presentable. General Store Operations Assist with daily opening and closing tasks. Organize merchandise, packaging materials, and inventory. Support other day-to-day business operations as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Willingness to learn new processes and take initiative. Comfortable standing and performing hands-on tasks throughout shifts. Previous retail, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Interest in fragrances is a plus! No prior fragrance industry experience is required.
