Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on product selection and store services Operate inventory control systems, including RF scanners and barcode readers, to track stock levels accurately Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are well-organized, properly labeled, and replenished regularly Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move merchandise Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks throughout the store and warehouse areas Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments with proper manual handling practices Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that attract customers and promote sales Skills Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs Proven experience in retail store operations or warehouse environments with knowledge of inventory management systems Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools safely Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, organize merchandise, and maintain a tidy workspace Basic math skills for counting stock, processing transactions, and managing inventory records Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and product knowledge across various departments including produce or grocery items Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and standing for extended periods while adhering to safe lifting practices Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences while developing your skills in retail operations!
