Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Operate inventory control systems, including RF scanners and inventory management software, to track stock levels accurately. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are properly packaged and merchandised for optimal presentation. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading shipments efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning duties and ensuring all areas meet safety standards. Support sales efforts through cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service in multiple languages if applicable. Requirements Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all equipment operation. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and safe lifting practices regularly throughout shifts. Familiarity with inventory control procedures, including using RF scanners and managing stock levels effectively. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases. Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory counting, and sales transactions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
