Store and online Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Store and Online Manager to lead our retail operations both in-store and through our digital channels. This energetic leader will oversee daily store activities, manage online sales platforms, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities Lead the overall management of the retail store and online sales operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and exceptional customer experiences Supervise and train staff in sales techniques, customer service, inventory control, POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashiering, and merchandising practices Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock control to maximize profitability Manage employee scheduling, shift management, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training & development for team members Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency in store management, online order fulfillment, and logistics coordination Monitor sales performance metrics, manage budgets, and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service Requirements Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with a strong background in sales team leadership and operational oversight Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and inventory management Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising software, and basic math skills for pricing and financial calculations Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Supervising experience within the retail industry is essential; previous assistant manager or managerial roles are highly valued Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including retail math concepts such as profit margins and pricing strategies Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; experience managing retail sales teams with a focus on training & development Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards Basic understanding of operational management principles including budgeting, inventory control, merchandising, stocking procedures, and store safety protocols Join us as we strive to deliver outstanding shopping experiences both in-store and online!
