Store & Fulfillment Associate Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Pay: $16–$20/hour, based on experience Company Description Wohler Axle Technology LLC is a specialized automotive parts and axle technology company serving customers through e-commerce, wholesale distribution, and local retail operations. Role Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store & Fulfillment Associate to join our Grand Prairie team. This is a full-time, on-site position that plays an important role in our day-to-day operations. The associate serves as a key connection between online order processing, warehouse fulfillment, inventory control, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, comfortable working in a hands-on business environment, and interested in developing long-term experience in operations, e-commerce, or sales. Responsibilities • Process daily online orders, print shipping labels, and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment. • Coordinate with the warehouse team on packing requirements and verify shipments before dispatch. • Monitor inventory, perform routine cycle counts, and report discrepancies. • Create and publish product updates and promotional content for the company’s Facebook Business page. • Assist walk-in customers and respond to basic product inquiries by phone. • Work closely with the team to meet daily operational goals and follow established safety procedures. Qualifications • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. • Quick learner with the ability to learn new products, systems, and processes efficiently. • Well-organized and able to handle daily tasks accurately and efficiently. • Basic computer skills. • Friendly and professional when working with customers and team members. • Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
